Plunge in the Pines is an incredible experience. I had the chance to meet the owner and he was awesome. He took the time to explain everything and you can genuinely tell how much he cares about the business and the experience he is creating. The red light sauna was a standout. It was my first time trying one and I honestly enjoyed it more than a traditional sauna. The setup overall is top tier with a large cold plunge and hot tub, and the fact that it is all salt water makes it even better. Everything feels clean, well thought out, and intentional.
